Registered members have the privilege of having medical consultations with Dr. Arthur without having to leave the house with an internet-connected smartphone, tablet, or computer. During your Virtual visit, Dr. Arthur will help you understand your symptoms and develop a treatment plan.
Virtual services are for conditions that aren’t life-threatening such as the ones listed below.

Yes. As long as your diagnosis doesn’t require further in-person examination, your doctor can simply electronically prescribe your medication and send it directly to the nearest pharmacy of your choice. We will even help you find the closest pharmacy with the best pricing.
Virtual Care services are exclusively for members of Arthur Direct Care including adults and children.
Yes. All you will need is an internet connected device. Dr. Arthur can diagnose and send prescription to a pharmacy near you while you are away on a vacation. An in-person follow up will be scheduled when you return if needed.
Note: This only applies when vacationing within the United States.
