Our Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership provides unlimited primary care with transparent, age-based pricing. Your monthly fee covers comprehensive primary care, longer appointments, and ongoing access to your provider—without insurance billing or hidden fees. DPC is not insurance and may be used alongside most health plans.

Membership Terms & Eligibility
Our Kids & Youth Direct Primary Care pricing is available for children ages 0–17. The discounted rate applies when paired with an active adult DPC membership held by a parent, legal guardian, or grandparent. Children may also enroll independently without an adult membership at the standard youth DPC pricing rate.
Individuals age 65 or older who are not enrolled in Medicare may apply for Direct Primary Care membership. Patients actively enrolled in Medicare are not eligible for DPC pricing; however, Medicare patients may receive insurance-based care at our Hutto or Leander locations.
New Direct Primary Care memberships require a minimum initial commitment of three (3) months. After this period, DPC membership may be canceled at any time by submitting a signed cancellation form via email or text. This structure allows predictable Direct Primary Care pricing while maintaining flexible access to care.
There are no enrollment fees to begin a Direct Primary Care membership, and all DPC pricing is billed monthly for transparency. Membership fees are non-refundable once billed. Patients who re-enroll after cancellation are subject to a $250 re-enrollment fee.
The initial Direct Primary Care visit for adults is $150 and includes your first month of membership along with baseline labs. This visit establishes care and supports ongoing access through your DPC membership.

Other Self-Pay Pricing for Non-Members
Self-pay pricing is available for one-time visits only and is not intended for ongoing or chronic care. Patients seeking continued access and predictable costs are encouraged to enroll in a Direct Primary Care membership.
- Single Sick Visit $200
Includes medical evaluation, medication refills, and select basic labs. Additional labs may incur extra cost.
- DOT Physical $100
Includes exam, required documentation, urinalysis, and same-day medical card printing if qualified.
- Pre-Operative and Other Physicals $200
Includes exam, clearance documentation, and basic labs. EKGs and additional labs available at extra cost.
- Focused Shockwave Therapy for ED (per session) $350
Includes evaluation, focused shockwave treatment, and documentation.

What is included in a Direct Primary Care membership?
Your Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership covers most primary care needs, including unlimited clinic visits, same-day or next-day appointments, annual wellness and preventive care, chronic condition management, basic in-office procedures, and unlimited in-office and virtual visits when clinically appropriate. Members also receive direct access to their provider—without copays, deductibles, or per-visit charges.
Are there copays or deductibles with DPC?
No. Direct Primary Care provides primary care without copays or deductibles. Covered primary care services are included in the monthly membership fee.
Can I have DPC and health insurance at the same time?
Yes. Direct Primary Care is not insurance and may be used alongside most health insurance plans, especially high-deductible plans.
How does flat monthly primary care pricing work?
Flat monthly primary care pricing means your membership fee stays the same regardless of how often you are seen for covered primary care services during the month.
Is there an enrollment or startup fee?
No. There are no enrollment, initiation, or hidden fees associated with our DPC memberships. However there is a re-enrollment fee of $250 for rejoining the program.
Are labs and medications included?
Some in-office testing may be included. For outside labs and medications, we help patients access significantly reduced cash pricing, often lower than insurance rates.
