All questions are welcomed at Arthur Direct Care. We strive to answer any question(s) you may have concerning our practice or the Direct Primary Care model in general. Below are some answers to a few frequently asked questions. Contact us with any additional questions and we will be glad to answer. 

Yes, this is one of the many benefits that is covered with your membership.
We also offer same/next day appointments. Same day appointments are only available before 12pm. Next day appointments are available anytime.
For your convenience and easy access, Dr. Arthur can also be reached anytime by phone, text or email.

We have an age based monthly subscription for our patients. Our plans start as low as $29/month. We offer highly discounted pricing on lab test, medications and imaging services. Click here find out more about our pricing or contact us for more details.

Yes, we encourage our members to have some type of insurance policy such a high deductible plan paired with our plan. This is needed for unexpected and expensive health events such as surgeries.

You may use your HSA/FSA funds to pay for membership, labs, imaging studies and medications.

Your membership covers your unlimited office/urgent care visits, annual labs, certain office procedures with no additional charges. Click here to see our member benefits.

Medications, imaging services and certain labs are not covered. Some items used for in office procedures such as splints, may be billed to your account. This will be discussed before each procedure.

Yes, once a member, you may contact Dr. Arthur directly through his private line after hours via phone calls, texts messaging, emails and video calls (telemedicine).

Please call or email us anytime to schedule an appointment or order prescription refills.

Payments for non-covered labs and in-office procedures are due at the time of service.
You may use your traditional insurance for imaging services done outside our office; howerver, if you are without insurance or would like to pay out of pocket, your membership gives you access to highly discounted cash priced for labs and imaging studies.

Your membership fees cover all “tech visits” (via cell, text, email, and video) with no additinal cost or co-pays. You must have been seen in the office at least once to receive this service.

The best way to diagnose and determine what care is needed in this case will be pictures and video calls. We will call in a prescription after diagnosis and have you on your way to feeling better.

Arthur Direct care is not a pain treatment center. We do not accept patients needing chronic pain management with narcotics/controlled substances. We advise patients with chronic pain to seek treatment at pain management centers. We can also refer patients to appropriate specialist if necessary.

We do not carry controlled substances of any kind in our office.

No, medications are not covered with your membership; however, we will work with you to find the best cash-priced pharmacies out there. Click here to see a sample list of some highly discounted medications.

Arthur Direct Care’s membership does not cover expenses in the event of needing a specialist, hospital stays, surgeries or emergency room visits. We recommend our members to combine our plan(s) with a high deductible insurance plan or a health sharing plan for a cost effective medical care.
